Online Fitting Service
We are more than happy to help with fitting. Check out the video below, about "How To Take Measurements Pictures For Scoot Boots." Then send your measurements and photos through to us at info@griffinequestrian.co.nz with any of your fitting questions.
In-Person Fitting Service
We offer a personalised in-person fitting service within Otago and Southland. We bring our complete fitting kit direct to you, as well as a selection of boots and accessories to purchase. To book a fitting, please contact us.
Fitting Kit Hire
Our fitting kit is available to hire for 7 days. This is a great way to find out what size Scoot Boots your horse fits, if you live outside of our in-person fitting areas. Simply purchase online and we will send it out to you with a return courier bag. Easy!
Scoot Boot Trade In Service
Buy with confidence from us, knowing you can trade-in your Scoot Boots for another size and only pay the difference.
Perhaps you sold the horse you originally brought the boots for or your horses hooves have changed shape quite a bit - no trouble, just get in touch with us. We are happy to accept lightly-used Scoot Boot trade-ins, on any matching pair of Scoot Boots you purchased from us.
Just send us the details of the pair you currently have, including photos showing any wear and we’ll quote you an amount that can be put towards a new pair.

Scoot Boot Warranty
New Scoot Boots come with a 90 day warranty (excluding modified Scoot Boots, accessories, misuse of the product or normal wear and tear). This warranty guarantees that the Scoot Boots are of acceptable quality, fit for purpose and without faults, damage and defects.
Misuse of the product includes but is not limited to; excessive sun exposure or exposure to chemicals, such as fly sprays or harsh detergents.
Accessories are not covered by the Scoot Boot warranty as they are not manufactured from robust and long wearing materials. If they were, they would not be comfortable for the horse and therefore not serve the purpose they are made for.
If you find that your Scoot Boots are faulty or damaged, please email us at info@griffinequestrian.co.nz with your order number and a photo of the boots.
