Shipping policy

How long will it take to get my order?

 

Items in stock:
Orders are processed and couriered Monday to Friday. Orders placed before our daily dispatch cut-off are usually sent the same business day.

Delivery time estimates:

• South Island (urban): Overnight delivery
• North Island (urban): 1–2 working days - unless "overnight" is selected at checkout.
• Rural addresses: Please allow an additional 1–2 working days.

Please note that delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary during busy periods or due to courier delays.

 

Items on backorder:
Items on backorder generally arrive within 2–5 working days. If an item is unavailable from our supplier or there is an unexpected delay, we will contact you as soon as possible.

 

Do you ship internationally?

No. We currently ship within New Zealand only.

 

What shipping carriers do you use?

We ship all parcels with NZ Post. Tracking details will be emailed to you once your order has been dispatched.

 

What does shipping cost?

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size of your order.
